*Summer Speed:  starts Tuesday, 6/15 at Northside HS (alternates weeks with Concordia).  Workouts through Three Rivers Running Company at North High School track.  Warmups begin at 6:00 and the workout begins at 6:30.  Workouts are written at the 5k and 10k level with separate workouts for the half-marathon and marathon level.  See www.3riversrunning.com for more information.

PR Training

PR Training is a local group dedicated to encouraging and educating runners and walkers.  There are several programs which are a part of PR Training. Each programs incorporates the Saturday long run or walk of the week.  This group run is available to all levels, anyone is welcome and there is never a fee to attend.

 

 PR Training is led by Tammy Behrens.  Tammy is a Road Runners Club of America Running Coach and holds her personal training certification through the YMCA.  She has been coaching adult runners for 8 years, with 8 additional years of coaching middle school and high school runners.
